Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our agile team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role offers an chance to work in a lively environment where you can showcase your food industry knowledge and enhance your hospitality skills. Previous restaurant or food handling experience is preferred, including barista experience or familiarity with food safety standards. The Server will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a safe setting for guests and staff
Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and maximize sales
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in serving or hospitality is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably
Experience as a barista or in food preparation is advantageous but not required
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn about our menu offerings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
