Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on Evening Shift Production Team Member to join our custom framing and canvas stretching department.

In this role, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and work as part of a focused production team to assemble high-quality custom frames and stretched canvases.

Duties
Production & Craftsmanship: Assemble custom frames and stretch canvases efficiently while working toward individual and team production targets of approximately 5 canvases per person per shift.
Quality Control: Inspect materials, frames, canvases, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards before packaging.
Safety & Equipment Operation: Safely operate production equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures, including the required use of PPE such as eye and ear protection.
Workstation Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
Workflow Support: Follow daily work assignments provided by the Shift Supervisor and communicate any production, quality, equipment,



or material issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and the Shift Supervisor to maintain smooth workflow and meet daily production requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
Ability to safely operate or learn production equipment including miter saws, pneumatic staple guns, canvas stretching equipment, and v-nailers.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to consistently meet production expectations of approximately 5 canvases per shift.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to remain focused throughout the shift.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, framing, or other hands-on production environments is preferred.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Reporting To: Shift Supervisor

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
