You do not need to be a certified Health Care Aide (HCA) to apply. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed — what matters most to us is your compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients, helping them stay protected, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities include:
Personal care support (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Meal preparation and assistance with feeding, if needed
Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, secure home workplace
Medication reminders and assistance (no administration required)
Companionship and help staying socially engaged
Clear communication with clients, families, and our care team

We're looking for people who:
Are kind, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy helping others
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English




Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Can provide a current, clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search)
Have consistent, dependable availability
HCA certification is an asset but not required — we'll train you
