Ground Crew (Groundie) for a local Tree Service!
Hauling branches, running the wood-chipper, hands-on rigging from ground for larger branches/tree sections, raking, and cleanup
Knowledge of knots, rigging techniques, and running chainsaws/power equipment (hedge trimmer, blowers, etc) an asset
Compensation based on relevant experience
Phone interview to review basic information followed by "working interview" on site (paid) for successful applicants. Personal vehicle to get to job-sites required, we work all across greater victoria, and sometimes work on more than one job-site per day.
This position is casual / on-call only when we have larger projects, or need additional crew on certain job-sites.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
