Kindersley Mainline Motor Products is looking to expand their sales team! Join our company as a Sales Associate where you’ll be responsible for closing recent and used vehicle sales using strong communication skills and by building strong relationships with customers. This position will give you the opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a supportive environment that focuses on professional growth and customer satisfaction. Relocation packages may be available for exceptional candidates.

Overview/Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales leads in person, by phone and by email
Source and develop customer referrals
Help customers through the buying process by accurately identifying their needs
Explain to customers the features and benefits of our product, and all dealership services provided
Maintain knowledge of dealership products by attending all required manufacturer training
Work together with the sales team and sales manager to meet department goals
Follow dealership delivery process
Maintain positive business and customer relationships
Track personal appointments, status reports and sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements:




Prior sales experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Valid drivers licence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude for negotiation
Excellent time management and organization
Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships
