Duties
Assist with meal preparation by chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and following recipes under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
Support food handling procedures, including proper storage and sanitation practices
Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, hygiene, and equipment use
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

Qualifications
Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is an asset
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required




Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
