Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Food Counter Attendant/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming workplace for our customers. In this role, you will be the face of our food service operation, responsible for preparing and serving delicious food items while providing exceptional customer service. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions about menu items and upselling additional products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Restock supplies as needed,



monitor inventory levels, and notify management of shortages or issues.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health standards in all aspects of service.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms.
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
Experience in cashiering or cash handling with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
