Your role is critical in supporting vital documentation processes across the hospital. As a key member of the Health Information Services team, you'll utilize electronic health record systems to manage documentation with precision. You will oversee the integrity of health data and assist in the resolution of documentation issues. Key Responsibilities:
Index and analyze health record documentation electronically
Facilitate point-of-service scanning in clinical settings




Handle record searches and preparation for storage
Provide front-line support for HIM services to staff and patients
Manage issues arising with Dragon Medical One Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma in Health Information
At least one year of HIM operations experience
Working knowledge of EMR systems, preferably Epic
Proficiency in the MS Office suite
