Board is seeking a full-time Indigenous Graduation Coach until August 31, 2027. This role focuses on empowering Indigenous learners to achieve their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and transition into post-secondary education or the workforce. You will advocate for students by connecting them with educational and community resources while fostering a supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate a Circle of Caring Adults for comprehensive support
Collaborate with school staff to meet students' needs




Perform needs assessments to identify barriers
Act as liaison with families, chiefs, and councils
Create a supportive workplace encouraging student engagement Requirements:
Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, or equivalent
Experience working with Indigenous communities
Solid ability to motivate and engage students
Deep understanding of First Nations and Metis cultures
Effective communication skills for swift interventions Empower Indigenous learners with dedicated support and guidance as their Graduation Coach at St.
