Manage the complete investigation process, from intake to closure
Evaluate evidence and assess credibility effectively
Document and report findings clearly and impartially
Engage with partners and provide accurate communication
Facilitate training on best practices in workplace investigations Requirements:
5 years of progressive investigative experience
Post-secondary education in relevant fields required
Strong grasp of human rights and equity principles
