As a Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT), you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that all instruments and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sterility, and readiness.

Duties
Clean, sterilize,
and prepare surgical instruments and equipment
Assemble surgical packs for a variety of procedures
Monitor and document sterilization processes
Maintain reprocessing equipment and supplies
Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking surgical processing supplies
Track and count implants to ensure accuracy and availability
Maintain a clean, organized reprocessing and surgical support area
Support clinical teams by ensuring timely instrument availability
Support surgical suite turnover by removing instruments, restocking supplies and preparing rooms for the next procedure
What We’re Looking For
MDRT certification or equivalent training
Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with solid communication skills
Hospital or veterinary experience is an asset
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
