We are seeking a dedicated Lumber Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting lumber products, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our lumber department.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting lumber products based on their needs
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations and preparing quotes as needed
Maintain a clean and organized space
Restock Shelves
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the lumber desk

Skills:
Customer service experience is essential
Strong sales skills to promote products effectively




Excellent organizational abilities to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
Familiarity with lumber, harware and tools
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management
