The role involves incident resolution within SLA, configuration updates for approved enhancements, and participation in monthly/biannual releases, working with onsite leaders and offshore teams.

The candidate should have 4–7+ years of Workday HCM experience, a Workday HCM certification, and experience in AMS or Managed Services settings.
