Dispatch Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for an organized and dependable Dispatch Coordinator to help coordinate daily operations, schedules, deliveries, and driver activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate assignments, monitor shipments, and ensure timely service.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and assignments
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Monitor routes, deliveries, shipments, and service schedules
Track driver locations, workloads, and delivery status
Prepare and update dispatch schedules, work orders, and records
Respond to schedule changes, delays, and operational issues
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and transportation records
Follow up on deliveries and resolve routine service issues
Provide timely updates to customers and team members
Support efficient day-to-day transportation operations

Excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
Calm and professional approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively with drivers and internal teams
Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
