Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, timing, and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations




Collaborate with servers and management to deliver excellent food service experiences

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation processes
Familiarity with serving protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
