Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Temp Receptionist in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers while supporting administrative functions that contribute to an efficient and welcoming workplace.

A Typical Day
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive front-office experience
Coordinate and prepare boardrooms for meetings and events
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases as required
Coordinate courier deliveries, pickups, and related documentation
Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance

Successful Candidates Will Have
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
Skilled and welcoming demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism





Total Rewards
$23.00 - $27.00 hourly
Qualified office environment in downtown Calgary
Coverage dates: Sept 28, 29 Oct 8, 9 & 19
