We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using various materials and tools. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials with precision
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structures
Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged framing or structures
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes through diligent inspections

Requirements
Proven experience in carpentry, framing,



or related construction roles with a strong understanding of construction processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and drywall installation is highly desirable
Knowledge of siding installation and exterior finishing techniques
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely throughout the workday
Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid construction or trade certification/license preferred but not required

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
