Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Sales Closer to join our sales team.

The main responsibility is to follow up with qualified leads, meet with customers at their homes and project sites, present suitable window and door solutions, prepare and review quotations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.

The successful candidate will
Follow up with leads and manage them through to closing
Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders at their homes, offices, and job sites
Peresent quotations
Handle customer questions
Negotiate and close deals
Follow up on quotations until the sale is completed




Guide customers through available financing options when appropriate
Represent CanaBuild professionally at all customer meetings

Qualifications
Proven, recent, and direct experience closing window and door sales. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
Demonstrated track record of converting window and door leads into signed contracts
Robust negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout the GTA

Compensation 100% commission-based. Top closers earn $90,000–$120,000/year.

High earning potential for experienced window and door sales specialists.

Weekend availability is not mandatory but is considered an asset, particularly for meeting customers who are more available on weekends.
