We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Manager to lead the our internal engineering platform, standards framework, and developer enablement ecosystem used across the Software Engineering Chapter. This role combines platform engineering, architecture, and developer experience leadership. You will design and maintain reusable engineering templates, define engineering guardrails, and lead the Center for Enablement team responsible for enabling product engineering pods. Your work will directly improve developer productivity, engineering quality, and delivery performance across the organization.What's on the menu?Engineering Platform
Develop and evolve quickstart templates and shared componentsDefine and maintain engineering standards, guardrails, and best practicesImprove developer onboarding and developer experienceMaintain technical documentation, playbooks,



and platform patternsSupport and evolve the Internal Developer PortalImplement and maintain static code analysis and quality gates (SonarCloud)Improve CI/CD workflows and engineering practices across teamsCollaborate with engineering leadership on platform strategyLead the Center for Enablement engineering teamDefine roadmap and priorities for the software engineering platformMentor engineers and promote adoption of engineering standardsPartner with product teamsExperience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)Experience building internal developer platforms or shared engineering tooling preferredExperience with Backstage or similar developer portals preferredExperience with engineering productivity tools (SonarCloud, LinearB, Datadog, etc.) preferredExperience leading platform / enablement teams preferred
