Duties
Provide therapeutic bodywork treatments using techniques such as massage, deep tissue therapy, or other modalities tailored to client needs
Assess client conditions through active listening and understanding of medical terminology to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain transparent communication with clients about their treatment process, progress, and post-session care instructions
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment workplace by following proper sanitation protocols and equipment maintenance
Document each session accurately in client records, noting treatment details and client responses
Collaborate with other health professionals or team members to support comprehensive client care when necessary




Stay informed about new techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance service quality

Experience
Prior experience in bodywork, massage therapy, or related health fields is preferred but not mandatory; training opportunities are available for motivated candidates
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to bodywork and client health histories
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive, trusting environment for clients
Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures, gather client feedback, and foster understanding
Ability to stand, kneel, or sit for extended periods while maintaining professionalism and focus
Certification in massage therapy or bodywork from an accredited program is advantageous but not required for entry-level applicants

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
