Mission

The technician performs all work necessary to minimize damage, ensure damage control and restoration, of property, furniture and building damaged in a disaster.

Responsibilities

Intervenes throughout the recovery process in disasters caused by water, fire or various types of contamination.

KEY FUNCTIONS
Treat water damage.
Treat fire damage.
Treat contamination problems.
Document work diligently and punctually.
Follow Project Manager's instructions and guidelines.
Respect safety instructions at all times.




Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of two (2) years of technical school, or two (2) years of work experience in the disaster restoration field
Available to work overtime as needed (on-call schedule)
Valid driver's license (mandatory)
Ability to lift heavy loads - (25 kg) required
Bilingualism (French and English)
IICRC WRT certification a major asset
