WestBFL Fabricators seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage industrial projects involving structural steel and modular fabrication from start to finish. Leverage your expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in industrial construction, including substantial experience with Tekla PowerFab.

You’ll coordinate procurement, manage project milestones, and maintain effective communication among project managers, clients, and subcontractors to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage structural steel and modular fabrication projects
Document RFIs, submittals, and change orders regularly
Use Tekla PowerFab for tracking progress and materials




Oversee procurement activities and vendor coordination
Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in relevant industrial construction
Required proficiency in Tekla PowerFab software
Solid knowledge of vendor management
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
