Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate

We are a busy and growing real estate team looking for a motivated, outgoing and sales-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone and is comfortable consistently following up with leads. Real estate experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, willing to learn and enjoys sales and communication.

Responsibilities
Call and follow up with recent and existing leads
Connect with potential buyers and sellers
Qualify leads and understand their real estate needs
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Update lead information, notes and tasks in our CRM
Maintain organized lead records and follow-up schedules
Assist with sales administration as required
Prepare letters, marketing materials and correspondence
Assist with real estate marketing and client outreach
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and sales-related tasks

Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
Strong communication and people skills
Sales-oriented and motivated by results
Friendly, confident and skilled
Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn, take direction and improve
Previous real estate sales or ISA experience is an asset
Previous sales, customer service or call centre experience is also an asset

Real estate experience is not required, but the successful candidate must enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, following up and being on the phone.

Work Arrangement

This position will include a combination of in-office and hybrid work, with office locations serving Scarborough and the Durham Region.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the team and become an important part of our sales operation.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON
