Backend Developer

Location

Montreal, Quebec, Canada – only candidates located in Quebec are considered.

Contract
Position to be filled as soon as possible
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Salary based on profile and experience

Responsibilities
Define and analyze client requirements
Develop, maintain, and optimise applications
Create tests and perform functional validation
Ensure follow‑up, communication, and reporting on project progress
Provide maintenance and user support

Qualifications
At least 5 years of backend experience
Robust experience with JavaScript, Node.js and NestJS
Excellent understanding of complex infrastructures: API architectures (microservices, Service Mesh), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and integrations (databases, Salesforce)
Ability to quickly adapt to a new technical environment
Experience with backend integrations with CRMs such as Salesforce
Excellent communication skills with different types of stakeholders




Fluency in French and English; English bilingual, French essential
