Talent Associate – Augmented (Toronto / Hybrid)

Augmented is an AI-native engineering delivery hub helping large enterprises in Life Sciences and Fintech move faster. We're small, ambitious, and building the way up-to-date companies should be built.

What you'll do:
Find, engage, and win over senior IT talent (engineers, architects, tech leads)
Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, since people are our product
Work daily with contemporary AI and tech tools to recruit smarter, not harder
