As Executive
Director, you will provide strategic counsel to the Trʼondëk Hwëchʼin Council and ensure the laws and programs are executed effectively. You are expected to administer fiscal policies wisely and lead your team with a solid focus on cultural values and governance. A thorough understanding of the community’s agreements and traditions will be critical for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Guide the implementation of TH Government policies and programs
Lead and oversee the Senior Management Team's operations
Ensure compliance with financial administration standards
Facilitate intergovernmental relations for strategic alignment
Assist Council in budget preparation and planning Requirements:
Advanced degree in Public Administration or related fields
Minimum four years of experience with First Nations
Knowledge of Tr’ondëk Hwëchʼin governance structures
Experienced in strategic planning and evaluations
Skilled in conflict resolution and human resource management Contribute to Trʼondëk Hwëchʼin’s governance practices with your leadership and expertise.
