We are currently looking for a full time Supply Chain Technician, RMA and Hardware to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, RMA and Hardware, the Supply Chain Technician's primary role is to successfully perform preparation work on a large range of hardware and cabling.The role is described as a mid-level position for someone who has an interest in working with their hands. Enjoys troubleshooting and fault finding of electronics or working with general electrical hardware. All training required will be offered on the job to the successful candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform successful repetitive preparation work on a large range of hardware and cablingPrepare and configure networking equipmentTest,



troubleshoot and repair customer equipmentDocument preparation procedures and any configuration requirementsReview and contribute to process improvementsAd-hoc tasks requested by manager pending business needsExperience and Knowledge3+ years of experience in hardware or relevant role is desiredQualification in radio or electronics is desired or ractical experience to an equivalent levelKnowledge of Windows OS computers (XPe, XP, Win7, and Win10 IoT operating systems)Knowledge of electronic fault findingSolid technical, analytical and problem-solving skillsPrecise attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeWritten and verbal communication skillsSolid organization skillsStrong ability to work effectively both in a team environment and as an independent contributorBase salary of $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
