Become a Sustainability-Focused Energy Engineer dedicated to managing energy efficiency and retrofitting strategies. You'll play a vital role in improving building performance and sustainability initiatives. In this full time position, you will report to the Director of Energy and Sustainability.

The Energy

Engineer will facilitate energy audits, develop energy-saving projects, and interact closely with Facility Managers and multiple stakeholders. Your technical skills will drive impactful energy management programs across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building energy assessments and manage efficiency projects
Analyze energy usage data and recommend improvements
Develop scopes for carbon neutral studies and audits




Lead energy saving communications among team members
Support project management in capital investment planning Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years in energy management with applicable experience
Robust understanding of utility structures and energy analytics
Proficient in Excel and energy performance reviews
Effective communicator with outstanding organizational skills Your knowledge and leadership will support advances in energy conservation that align with sustainability goals.
