Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Maintain organized merchandise displays, restock shelves, and support visual merchandising efforts
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items to increase sales
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements
Strong communication skills in English
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising standards is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
