As a Clinical Supervisor, your expertise will guide PSWs and HSWs in delivering exceptional care. You will lead discussions on patient safety, respond promptly to community concerns, and continue to foster skilled growth within your team. Collaboration and active engagement with patients ensure a holistic approach to their care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee PSWs and HSWs for compliance with standards
• Intervene in patient and staff concerns
• Conduct ongoing team meetings and coaching sessions
• Document safety incidents accurately
• Collaborate on clinical reporting and standards
Requirements:
• RN or RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 5 years of nursing experience
• Comprehensive health assessment skills
• Proven team management experience
• Valid driver's license for transportation
