This position reports directly tothe Service Manager.This position is responsible for delivering superiorcustomer service while completing appliance repairs.ResponsibilitiesConduct appliance diagnostics to determine root cause of issuesEstimate the costs of repairs (parts and labour)Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintainedComplete repairs on various brands and types of domestic appliancesUpdate all service documentation, describing repairs in detail and reporting identification of repaired stockAdhere to all health and safety, security,
