and TPM activities are executed according to best practices.- Utilize maintenance systems to communicate repair requirements and improvement opportunities.- Resolve issues identified through audits, production meetings, and operational reviews.- Drive productivity, safety, quality, and material utilization improvements.- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and development support to team members.- Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.- Complete production, payroll, administrative, and human resources reporting requirements accurately.- Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.## **What We’re Looking For:**- Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience.- Previous supervisory experience.- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume, high-speed automotive stamping and/or machining environments.- Training and experience in industrial process control.- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.- High integrity, accountability, and a strong results-oriented mindset.## **Bonus Points If You Have:**- Experience working within Toyota Production System or Lean Manufacturing environments.- Background in tooling, rig manufacturing, or advanced machining operations.- Experience leading TPM and preventive maintenance programs.- Experience supporting continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.## **How to Apply:**Apply online at **www.Johnsonelectric.Com** — We can’t wait to meet you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
