Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain standards and tools for business analysis
Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice initiatives
Provide coaching and expert advice to Business Analysts




Support the integration of BA practices into project management
Analyze feedback and improve BA methods continuously

Requirements:
Over 8 years of extensive business analysis experience
Experience in developing governance frameworks and playbooks
Proven mentoring ability for Business Analysts
Solid process improvement skills and methodologies
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
