Avana seeks a Construction Lead to support growing development initiatives. You will report directly to the Site Superintendent, focusing on the completion of multi-unit and commercial projects. Your role involves hands-on supervisory tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and budgetary limits while maintaining a secure working setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry, labor tasks, and site safety checks
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Oversee daily operations and support QA/QC efforts




Manage relationships with trades, vendors, and suppliers
Represent Avana at community events and meetings

Requirements:
At least three years of supervisory construction experience
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices
