Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests during their visit
• Assist with inquiries and manage communication flow
• Maintain updated knowledge of services and events




• Ensure accurate processing of payments and cash management
• Document and report maintenance needs for the facility

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
• Solid math and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings
