The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partner delivery, and AI-enabled process innovation. This role works directly with SaaS partners to design, build, and deploy AI-enhanced payment workflows and integrations.# What You’ll Do- Lead technical discovery sessions with partners- Design and implement API integrations (REST, webhooks, tokenization)- Build and maintain custom scripts, and lightweight services- Lead technical integrations from sandbox to production- Be deployed as part of partner development teams to help deliver best-practices-led integrations- Leverage AI tools for code generation and automation- Create repeatable AI-enabled delivery playbooks and certifications- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive implementation success# What You’ll Own- Successful partner implementations (time-to-live, quality, scalability)- Reusable AI-assisted assets (MCPs, templates, scripts)- Deliver efficiency improvements- Partner technical trust# Basic Qualifications- 3–6 years in software/solutions engineering- Experience with APIs and integrations- Proficiency in Java, Type Script,
