Minimum three-year Computer Science diploma or degree Minimum five years of recent experience developing complex solutions to business problems through the application of systems analysis/programming techniques Experience in design and implementation of Banner systems Knowledge and experience with Oracle database applications Ability to develop ad-hoc data extracts/reporting for internal and external users. Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills In-person,



on-site position; must be able to reliably commute and/or relocate to North Bay, ON Responsibilities

Analysis, design and specification, programming or selecting appropriate packages, documentation, conversion, staff training, and post-implementation support Provide advanced support and training for major Canadore systems, Banner, and other related systems Troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems and current requirements Support new initiatives by providing analysis, coordination, and project management Liaison with user departments to ensure effective utilization of systems Develop custom data extracts and reports to meet internal and regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned
