Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. is seeking an ExperiencedRobotic Weld Technicianto take on the task of sharing our vision locally and globally.Skills & ResponsibilitiesProgram and operate Motoman robotic welding systemsMonitor and maintain weld quality standards with support as neededInspect welds, components, and assemblies for structural integrity and surface defectsPerform preventative maintenance on all robotic and manual welding equipmentManage inventory for all welding consumablesOversee personnel within the welding cell, ensuring safety compliance, effective training, and efficient productionPromote a clean and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and proper use of tools and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics,



and layout drawingsMonitor welding equipment for proper operation and temperature controlEnsure compliance with Mac-Weld's Quality Management SystemQualificationsHands-on experience with robotic weld programming; Motoman experience highly preferred2–5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environmentBackground in manufacturing operations, with technical or college training preferredStrong understanding of welding processes and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsWorking Conditions and RequirementsFull-time position in a manufacturing environmentOvertime may be required based on production demandsTight DeadlinesStanding for long periods of time.Lifting heavy material up to 50 lbs.Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.This is a full-time straight days position with the possibility of day/evening rotation shift in our Sarnia facility reporting to Production Manager.Job Types: Full time, PermanentSalary: $35.00-$45.00 per hourMac-Weld Machining is a privately owned company.
