The Rose & Crown is looking for talented, outgoing, and experienced servers to join our Front of House team for the upcoming winter season.

As Banff’s oldest pub, we’re a busy and energetic venue offering a rooftop patio, pool and games room, and live music seven days a week. We welcome a wide range of guests, from Banff locals and seasonal workers to visitors from around the world.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, work well as part of a team, and know how to create a fun, welcoming experience while delivering professional and efficient service.

As a Server, you’ll be responsible for providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout each guest’s experience.

Has a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Enjoys meeting and interacting with people
Works well in a fast-paced team workplace
Is dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute
Can remain organized and composed during busy service periods




Takes pride in providing excellent guest experiences
Understands the importance of teamwork and supporting fellow staff members
Has previous serving or hospitality experience, although attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
