Support individuals transitioning from federal prison as a Supportive Worker at The Salvation Army’s Community Residential Facility. This role focuses on health support, supervision, and ensuring a secure, positive environment for residents.

At Crossroads Current Frontiers CRF, you will engage with residents daily, responding to their emotional, psychological, and physical needs. Your skill in communication and crisis management will aid in fostering a stable, respectful community while adhering to program standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and emotional support to residents
• Report significant issues to management responsibly
• Monitor and assist with health and wellness needs




• Conduct security rounds and facility checks
• Complete necessary documentation and incident reports

Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year post-secondary program
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of mental health and addictions
• Ability to obtain required certifications (e.g., First Aid)
• Proven ability to maintain skilled boundaries
