Realign Llc in Mirabel, QC is seeking a Shopfloor OT/IT Support Technician (L-1.5) to provide hands-on IT support for manufacturing lines and shopfloor endpoints. You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure SLA adherence in an onsite workplace.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in OT/IT or MES/shopfloor environments, experience with ServiceNow or ITSM, and solid communication in both Quebec French and English. Shift work is required.
