Key Responsibilities:
Manage semi-monthly payroll processing for all employees
Liaise with Human Resources for employee record integrity




Calculate and process payroll remittances promptly
Prepare payroll-related reports and year-end documents
Ensure compliance with legal payroll requirements

Requirements:
At least 7 years of payroll processing experience
Strong understanding of payroll legislation in Canada and the USA
ERP administration experience, notably within Avanti
Excellent time management and detail orientation
PCP Certification is an advantage
