Evolve Recyclingis Canada's leader in tire recycling turning used tires into usable products such as multi-purpose matting, artificial sports surfaces and other innovative products.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnload trailers and bunkersStart-up and shut down of machinesComplete pre-start checklists and daily production reportsTroubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as requiredOperate a Forklift and Skid Steer/ MUST have skid steer experienceAssist other operators when requiredMove tires from trailers and bunkers to keep production flowingFill hoppers with processed rubberStage materials on the plant floorEnsure continual feed of material to hoppers to keep production goingKeep work areas clean and free of debrisOther duties as assignedRequirementsSkid Steer License with previous experience with skid steers ex. snow removal, snow plow operators, snow plow, heavy equipment operators etc. (certification considered an asset)Previous experience with forklift operation (certification considered an asset)Previous experience in a production/manufacturing facilityAble to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong work ethic with a positive attitudeWillingness to assist where neededAbility to work with limited supervisionFlexibility to work overtime as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive wagePaid vacationOver time after 40 hours per weekComprehensive benefit packageSafety boot reimbursementCompany social eventsEvolve welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
