About the Opportunity: The Client Service Specialist (CSS) provides Relationship Managers with the support needed to seamlessly service new and existing clients across Commercial Banking Distribution. Acting as a primary point of contact, this role coordinates with internal partners and works directly with clients to collect key onboarding information, resolve service needs, and support ongoing day-to-day banking requirements.
