POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for System Owners motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to ensure the operation, stability and evolution of technology platforms, support continuous delivery in line with Santé Québec's DevOps practices, and act as the technical reference for Dynamics and the DevOps pipelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and maintain application platforms, including Dynamics.
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of environments.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Automate operations and deployments.
- Support releases and stabilization.
- Manage post-deployment incidents and fixes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security and architecture;
- Document practices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology
- Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a System Owner.
- Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps
- Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): A-CSM, PSM II, CSP-SM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (ASM), ICE-AC, etc.




- Hold one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, ITIL 4 Managing Professional.
- Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): PgMP, PMP
- Experience delivering a strategic mandate (an asset).
- Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations.
- Language: French and English
