As our Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries, you will:
- Disciple and mentor students in their faith journey.
- Create meaningful environments where students encounter Jesus and authentic community.
- Recruit, develop, and support volunteer leaders.
- Partner with parents and families as primary faith influencers.
- Build connections between students and the wider church community.
- Develop retreats, gatherings, service opportunities, and mission experiences.
- Collaborate closely with pastors, staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders across the life of the church.
This is a full time career position.
