In this role, your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive services and mechanical repairs.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSAbility to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and software related symptomsPromptly and efficiently perform all necessary work as stated on Repair OrdersRegularly communicate with aftersales team members to align on timelines and expectationsPerform quality inspections including road testing for confirmation of repairOrder parts to carry out repairs and return warranty / core components with designated tagging as requiredEscalate and clearly communicate all difficult repairs to the Lead Technician to ensure prompt solutionsMaintain consistent understanding and compliance with VinFast policies and proceduresAdhere to all safety and security regulations in the workplaceMaintain learning and upgrading of knowledge base via VinFast training and coursesMaintain a clean and organized workshop environmentAbility to work evenings or weekends when requiredAbility to support other VinFast workshops during peak times,
