We are seeking experienced and motivated M1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers who are committed to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism and want to be part of a growing organization where maintenance is recognized as a critical contributor to operational success.If you're looking to work on a variety of aircraft, avoid lengthy camp rotations, and be home most nights, we'd like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenanceConduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modificationsCertify maintenance in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company proceduresDiagnose and rectify aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics defectsComplete technical records and documentation accurately and professionallyAssist with sheet metal and avionics work as requiredEnsure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanshipSupport operational readiness across both rotary-wing and fixed-wing fleetsContribute to a positive, collaborative maintenance cultureRequired QualificationsCurrent Transport Canada M1 AME LicenceValid driver's licenceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCommitment to safety,



quality, and professionalismStrong communication and teamwork skillsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Preferred QualificationHaving experience working on any of the following aircraft is highly desirable:Robinson R44Bell 206Cessna 172Equivalent experience on similar aircraft types will also be consideredHours Of Work And Work EnvironmentThe position is an onsite role, and the Employee is required to perform their duties primarily at the Company's designated workplace at Villeneuve Airport, as directed by the Company.The standard work schedule consists of forty (40) hours per week, subject to operational requirements.From time to time, the Employee may be required to maintain reasonable flexibility in working hours to support operational needs, time-sensitive maintenance, aircraft-on-ground events, or business priorities.The role is performed in an aircraft maintenance environment and may involve exposure to noise, machinery, fuels, lubricants, weather conditions, and other workplace hazards.
