This position emphasizes collaboration with various services to create and execute effective treatment plans and promotes mental health awareness throughout the community.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment strategiesOffer individual counseling for addiction disordersCoordinate referrals to additional support programsMaintain electronic health records and documentationEngage in community health promotion activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable qualificationRegistration required with Ontario College of Social WorkersMinimum of three years in a counseling roleValid class "G" driver's license and explicit recordSuccessful completion of a vulnerable sector checkUtilize your mental health expertise to foster wellness in the Manitoulin Island community through Noojmowin Teg Health Centre.
