This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and wants to build a long-term career in the irrigation and water systems industry.Job Title: Logistics & Yard PersonLocation: 23160 72 Avenue, Langley, BC, V2Y 2K2Rate of pay: $25-$35/hr depending on skills and experienceJob purpose: This position's primary responsibility is to work in the pipe yard and warehouse organizing and storing inventory, as well as ensuring customer orders are gathered, packaged and sent/delivered accurately, efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of customer service.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean and organized yard and warehouseOperate various types of forklifts to unload/load pipe, septic tanks, concrete risers/basins, filter fabric rolls, etc.Accept deliveries in yard and receive incoming PO's and transfersStore product in designated locations, stock shelvesAssist with warehouse tasks, including but not limited to:Loading and unloading customers and stock deliveriesPulling and checking ordersVerifying incoming shipments for accuracyBand pipes togetherGather and package customer orders, and will-call ordersProcess customer orders and take payments, tracking shipments as neededAssist in the preparation of inter-company transfersSchedule outgoing shipments with couriersClear snow, mow lawns,
